Being onsite at Lavender Meadows, our partner, ECM Homes offers superior custom home services.  At ECM Homes we focus on guiding you through the entire process; day one all the way until you move into your new home.  One of our sales consultants will answer all of your questions and walk you through all of our available floor plans. Once your floor plan is chosen a Purchase Agreement is signed and the earnest money deposit is received for the home.

Choose Interior  and Exterior Colors

Our systems and selections are considered an easy way to work  through picking all of your options as we track and document the entire process.   You will receive a copy of  the colors and exact finishes you have selected to review.  Once you review your choices and once any changes are made we will send the the requested changes to the home manufacturer  for a custom engineered floor plan.

Home Site Preparation Begins

Your home site is cleared, leveled and excavated to a lower  level  for what is called a “Pit-Set”.  We then form up the foundation to o get ready for concrete.
